Frequently Asked Questions
What is NDIS Personal Training and who is eligible for it?
NDIS Personal Training is a program that provides National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) funded Personal Training sessions to eligible participants. The program is designed to help people with disabilities access fitness training and achieve their health and wellness goals. To be eligible for NDIS Personal Training, you must have an NDIS plan that includes funding for support services such as exercise physiology or personal training.
How do I access NDIS Personal Training services?
To access NDIS Personal Training services, you will need to have a meeting with your NDIS planner to discuss your goals and support needs. If you have identified personal training as a support service that you require, your planner will include it in your NDIS plan. Once your plan is approved, you can choose a registered NDIS Personal Training provider like Bright Support to provide your training sessions.
How many NDIS Personal Training sessions can I have per week?
The number of NDIS Personal Training sessions you can have per week will depend on the funding allocated in your NDIS plan. Your NDIS planner will work with you to determine the appropriate level of support based on your goals and needs.
